This Policy explains how personal data of visitors to yusu-lab.pages.dev (the Site) is collected and processed. It is written to comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable US requirements (including the California Online Privacy Protection Act).
The controller is Vlad Yusupov (independent specialist, YUSU.lab), acting on his own behalf. For any question about your data, contact yusulabs@gmail.com.
Only the data you voluntarily enter into the contact form:
The Site uses no web analytics, advertising or analytics cookies, visitor counters or trackers. No data about your behaviour on the Site is collected.
Your data is not used for newsletters or advertising and is not shared with third parties for marketing.
Processing is based on your consent, given when you tick the consent box and submit the form (Art. 6(1)(a)), and on our legitimate interest in responding to your inquiry (Art. 6(1)(f)). You may withdraw consent at any time (see section 7).
To deliver your message to the controller, the Site uses the third-party form service Web3Forms (based in the USA), and the Site is hosted on Cloudflare. Your data is therefore transferred internationally, including to the United States. Such transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and/or Standard Contractual Clauses as the safeguard. Only the minimum data needed to deliver your message is transferred.
Your data is kept in the controller's correspondence until the purpose is fulfilled (your inquiry is handled) or until you withdraw consent, after which it is deleted.
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
To exercise any right, email yusulabs@gmail.com. Requests are handled within a reasonable time.
We do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising. Because this is a solo practice, the thresholds of the CCPA/CPRA do not apply; nonetheless, the rights and contact above are available to you. Do Not Track: the Site does not track visitors across websites and therefore does not need to respond to browser Do-Not-Track signals; no tracking takes place regardless of the signal.
The controller may update this Policy. The current version is always available on this page with its effective date.
