Full rebuild of a niche slow-fashion e-commerce store

Southeast Asian brand, hundreds of products. A catalog grown chaotically over years: photos from different devices, broken product cards, empty color swatches, a homepage breaking on technical errors.

We rebuild the store under one unified standard: an AI pipeline processes every product photo (background regeneration, whitening, cropping), Shopify Admin API automates catalog operations, content and theme are brought to a selling shape.

The result — a foundation the brand uses to enter international markets and scale sales.

Timeline?

Each service has its own, listed on the cards — locked in detail after brief. Landing — 5-7 days, widget — 3-5, content setup — 7-10, audit — 5-7. Combos — 7-10 days. Basically, everything ships in a week to a week and a half.

Payment?

USD / EUR / USDT. 50% upfront after scope is confirmed, 50% on delivery. No kickoff without upfront.

Guarantees?

1 round of revisions included on any service. If something doesn't fit after scope sign-off — we rework within the round. The 50% upfront is non-refundable after kickoff (it covers my reserved slot).
